Who Can Use SITE?

SITE is easy to use:

Step 1: The Ordering Authority releases a Request for Order Proposal (RFTOP)

• Determine how to release the RFOP
• Small Business Set-Aside (ref:FAR 19.502-2(b))
• Sole / Single Source (ref: FAR 16.502-2(b))
• Full and Open to all SITE contract holders

• Create the RFOP
• Contract Type
• Work Specification (SOO/SOW)
• Evaluation Criteria
• Period of Performance

Step 2: The Contractor preparesand submits, to the Ordering Authority
its proposal.


Step 3: Ordering Authority evaluates the proposals

• Award made to the contractor whose proposal is the most advantageous to the Government based on an integrated assessment of evaluation criteria
