Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of our employees, welcome to ManTech. We are pleased the WINS team, led by President and CEO, Ulysese Jefferson, chose ManTech as a platform to enhance its growth opportunities while continuing to provide our country with outstanding, mission-critical solutions.
Mr. Jefferson has impressed on us the commitment to mission first and customer service that has sustained WINS over the years. With that in mind, WINS will remain as a separate division within ManTech’s Mission, Cyber & Technology Solutions (MCTS) group, which is led by group president and chief operating officer, L. William Varner. Like WINS, MCTS is dedicated to our customers’ vital missions and is growing robustly.
You will find that ManTech is a great company, with many opportunities to enhance your career while maintaining a good work-life balance. We recognize that our people are the key to our continued success and growth.
We know you may have questions or concerns about the changes ahead as you make the transition to ManTech. In an effort to provide you with as much information as possible and ensure a smooth transition, we have set up a dedicated intranet site for WINS employees to answer some of the questions you may have. You will receive logon details to access this information in the next few days.
In addition, we are scheduling a town hall meeting to introduce you to ManTech’s senior leadership and help you learn more about what the WINS/ManTech combination has to offer. You will receive more information about this meeting in an upcoming email invitation.
We are delighted to have WINS as the newest part of our ManTech family. Together, ManTech and WINS will break new ground while continuing to uphold our shared commitment to our customers and their vital missions.
